Every Monday online from September 14th onwards, 8 – 8.30am CET

From my heart to yours, I offer a free weekly online morning practice.

I think it’s more important than ever to build a community of support around these practices. So we can take conscious breaks from the collective crazyiness.

In order to stay mentally healthy, not give up hope and continue to dream and be passionate about building a more equal and harmonic world.💚

I work with tools from a range of disciplines that I’ve studied over the last years — practices that also keep helping me stay centred and grounded while facing the world’s challenges, process what comes up, and keep acting. They draw on Somatics, Meditation, Deep Ecology, traditional Yoga and contemporary Nervous System Regulation.

REGISTER HERE and reserve your spot. You only need to register once to attend the weekly sessions.

Share it with a friend or a colleague that could benefit from such collective practice.

15. Dezember 2026 | 18:00 – 21:00 Uhr | “Praxis” in Schönbrunner Straße 5/3, 1040 Wien

Was ist Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Common Benefits:

Stressabbau & Entspannung

Emotionale Release & innere Klarheit

Mehr Präsenz & Verbindung zu dir selbst

Aktivierung deiner Lebensenergie

Reguliert dein Nervensystem & reduziert Stress

Fördert emotionale Klärung & Selbstverbindung

Fördert regulierten Schlaf und Verdauung

Öffnet Raum für neue Impulse & inneren Frieden

Was passiert dabei im Nervensystem?

[E]: Breathwork & Advent Season: This evening we use Conscious Connected Breathwork to pause.

The pre-Christmas rush can be overwhelming: buying all the gifts, wrapping up that project or the bookkeeping before year’s end, and seeing all our loved ones and friends one more time.

Yet Advent was originally a time of stillness and reflection: a season of waiting, pausing and preparing. It’s no coincidence that it falls in the darkest weeks of the year. Nature withdraws, and we too are allowed to slow down.

In this breathwork session, we reclaim that meaning. We let go of the year-end pressure for a while, give our nervous system space to rest, and turn inward.

No previous breathwork experience is needed. It matters to me to create an open and tolerant space. A space in which every person is welcome. And a safe place, so that all participants feel well held and can turn towards their inner world in peace.

December 15 2026 | 6- 9pm | “Praxis”, Schönbrunner Straße 5/3, 1040 Vienna
For needs-based solidarity and activist tickets, please get in touch at info@resoma.org
Small group size: max. 9 participants

Schedule

18:00 – Arriving & Introduction: We open the space together with a cup of ceremonial cacao or special tea, a short introduction to the evening and first somatic exercises to settle and regulate.
19:00 – Conscious Connected Breathwork: A guided breath journey with music – a safe space to regulate your nervous system, honour what has been, and open space for what is coming.
20:30 – Integration & Sharing: Time to sense into what has shifted, optional sharing in the circle, a gentle return into the body – accompanied by snacks to nourish us once more.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

A conscious, connected breathing technique with no pause between inhale and exhale. Through the uninterrupted rhythm of the breath, the mind lets go of its usual control. Body and nervous system are given room to regulate themselves and to process whatever is present. In this way, Conscious Connected Breathwork helps you regulate your nervous system, release stress and reconnect more deeply with yourself.

Common Benefits:

Stress relief & relaxation

Emotional release & inner clarity

More presence & connection to yourself

Activation of your life energy

Regulates your nervous system & reduces stress

Supports emotional clearing & self-connection

Supports regulated sleep and digestion

Opens space for new impulses & inner peace

What happens in the nervous system?

The breath is the only function of the autonomic nervous system that we can consciously control. Connected, deep breaths without a pause between inhale and exhale act on the vagus nerve – our central “rest and connection nerve” – and can signal to the nervous system: you are safe, you may let go.

Important notes: Before registering for the session, please read through the health information, cancellation conditions and disclaimers and tick the checkbox before buying the ticket.

Possible in English (depending on demand)

Ablauf

Vormittag – Ankommen, Kundalini Yoga & Brunch

Also unsere Vorsätze sind leichter integrierbar.

[E] Breathwork & New Year: Intentions that land in the body (Full Day Event)

The turn of the year is a good moment to pause. Usually there is a lot of talk about resolutions, about lists and goals. What is often missing is the body. And yet the body usually knows quite well what was too much and what carried us through.

On this day we take time for both: for what may go, and for what wants to have space in the new year. We work through the body and through the nervous system. Because how a year feels often depends less on what we set out to do than on the state we are in while doing it. That is true for the personal as much as for what is occupying us collectively right now.

A whole day, with Kundalini Yoga, ceremonial cacao, brunch, Conscious Connected Breathwork and creative work. No previous experience is needed, neither in breathwork nor in creative work. It matters to me to create an open and tolerant space. A space in which every person is welcome. And a safe place, so that all participants feel well held and can turn towards their inner world in peace.

02 January 2027 | 9.30am – 5pm | “Praxis”, Schönbrunner Straße 5/3, 1040 Vienna

This day is for you if

you want to take time in a held space to feel your way into the coming year

you want to know what you really want – not just what you think you should aim for

you don’t want to start the year with a list that’s forgotten by February

you sense that the past year was a lot, and you need time to sort through it

you notice that it has settled in your body – in your neck, your jaw, your sleep

you want to feel more at home in your body again

you feel like working with your hands instead of only thinking

you want to go home with something concrete that stays with you through the year

you’d rather not make this transition alone

Schedule

Morning – Arriving, Kundalini Yoga & Brunch
We open the day with a gentle Kundalini practice. Movement, breath and sound, to come out of the head and into the body. Afterwards a cup of ceremonial cacao, brunch and time to arrive in the group. (approx. 10:00 – 12:30)

Early afternoon – Looking back & Breathwork
Somatic exercises drawn from Somatic Experiencing and first creative work with image and material: what has been, what may go? Then the heart of the day – an extended guided breath journey with music. Time to regulate your nervous system, let go and open space for what is new. (approx. 12:30 – 15:00)

Late afternoon – Orientation & Closing
Sensing into what has shifted and working further on your image for the coming year. Something you take with you. To close, optional sharing in the circle, a gentle return into everyday life, snacks and tea. (approx. 15:00 – 16:30)

This is also why we first take time for the body on this day and then look ahead. In a regulated state the prefrontal cortex – responsible for planning and decision-making – works more freely. What emerges from that calm is usually clearer and stays present for longer, because we have felt it and not only thought it.

The cacao I prepare comes from Brazil – from a solidarity-based farming cooperative whose project I worked in myself for three weeks.

Important notes: Before registering for the session, please read through the health information, cancellation conditions and disclaimers and tick the checkbox.
