Breathwork: Advent Season – Slowing Down & Turning Inward

English Version below

Was ist Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Common Benefits:
- Stressabbau & Entspannung
- Emotionale Release & innere Klarheit
- Mehr Präsenz & Verbindung zu dir selbst
- Aktivierung deiner Lebensenergie
- Reguliert dein Nervensystem & reduziert Stress
- Fördert emotionale Klärung & Selbstverbindung
- Fördert regulierten Schlaf und Verdauung
- Öffnet Raum für neue Impulse & inneren Frieden
Was passiert dabei im Nervensystem?

[E]: Breathwork & Advent Season: This evening we use Conscious Connected Breathwork to pause.
The pre-Christmas rush can be overwhelming: buying all the gifts, wrapping up that project or the bookkeeping before year’s end, and seeing all our loved ones and friends one more time.
Yet Advent was originally a time of stillness and reflection: a season of waiting, pausing and preparing. It’s no coincidence that it falls in the darkest weeks of the year. Nature withdraws, and we too are allowed to slow down.
In this breathwork session, we reclaim that meaning. We let go of the year-end pressure for a while, give our nervous system space to rest, and turn inward.
No previous breathwork experience is needed. It matters to me to create an open and tolerant space. A space in which every person is welcome. And a safe place, so that all participants feel well held and can turn towards their inner world in peace.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
A conscious, connected breathing technique with no pause between inhale and exhale. Through the uninterrupted rhythm of the breath, the mind lets go of its usual control. Body and nervous system are given room to regulate themselves and to process whatever is present. In this way, Conscious Connected Breathwork helps you regulate your nervous system, release stress and reconnect more deeply with yourself.
Common Benefits:
- Stress relief & relaxation
- Emotional release & inner clarity
- More presence & connection to yourself
- Activation of your life energy
- Regulates your nervous system & reduces stress
- Supports emotional clearing & self-connection
- Supports regulated sleep and digestion
- Opens space for new impulses & inner peace
What happens in the nervous system?
The breath is the only function of the autonomic nervous system that we can consciously control. Connected, deep breaths without a pause between inhale and exhale act on the vagus nerve – our central “rest and connection nerve” – and can signal to the nervous system: you are safe, you may let go.
